Customers have 30 days to return an item. Custom items are NOT returnable or refundable. Returns are made directly to the vendor/supplier or manufacturer AND NOT to Fashionista Cafe.
The vendor/supplier or manufacturer of Fashionista Cafe will refund any returnable item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. If some items ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, but can be REPAIRED or EXCHANGED instead (or STORE CREDIT issued), A SPECIAL MENTION will be stated in the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SECTION. Customized items, packaged items, undergarments and swimwear bottoms are Final Sale.


How do I return an item?

The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns, repairs or exchanges. Returns, repairs or exchanges won't be accepted and processed without the original packing slip.

Any package contains a Return and Exchange Form along with detailed instructions on how to return an item.

You can use the vendor or supplier's return label which is included in your package. A return shipping fee will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise. If you have lost the return label, you can contact Customer Service at or our TOLL-FREE number at 1-800-881-1020 and request a new one.

If you do not wish to use the return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our supplier's warehouse. Fashionista Cafe is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Fashionista Cafe. Fashionista Cafe do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.


Refunds for online purchases

Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.


Exchanging items at the online store

Fill out the Return and Exchange form and indicate the item(s) that you would like to exchange. Pack your exchange securely in the original package and attach the return label. Read the delivery note that comes with your package for more information. The vendor/supplier or manufacturer of Fashionista Cafe does not accept exchanges after 30 days of the original purchase.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Fashionista Cafe may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: an item is out-of-stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
