Tracking your order

Once you have sumitted your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email from Fashionista Cafe, specifying that your order has been successfully processed including a tracking number with the mention of the shipping company. In case your payment has not been processed or your credit card payment has been rejected, you'll be notified as well so that you can immediately take action to resolve this issue.

 

Shipping

Your order should be delivered within 4 to 7 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.

Shipping is available within the U.S. and outside of the U.S. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.

 

Alternate address

You may choose to have your order shipped to an alternate address by selecting this option in the delivery information section at checkout. By choosing an alternative address, all pending orders will be delivered to this new address. If you would like to ship to two separate locations, please allow pending orders to ship before selecting an alternative address.

 

Delivery dates

You can find the expected delivery dates for your order at checkout. If your items have different delivery dates, you can choose multiple deliveries or wait and have everything delivered at the same time. If you choose multiple deliveries, we will send the remainder of the items as soon as they are in stock and you will only pay for the first delivery.

Do you have a pending order? If so, please, check the delivery time!

To save you an extra delivery fee we will try to merge a new order with a pending order, and deliver them in one package at a later date, as long as it is coming from the same vendor or supplier. If you wish to receive available items earlier, you can adjust this by logging into My FashionistaCafe/Pending orders and change the delivery from ‘all in one package’ to ‘separate deliveries’. Of course, you can also contact our Customer Service department, our representative will be happy to assist you.

 

Shipping cost is $5.95?

The shipping cost is $5.95, regardless of the size and weight of your package. There is no extra charge if a single order results in subsequent deliveries. For delivery to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, there are no additional shipping costs.
